Hal Coghill joined Chemung Canal Trust Company in 2022 as a Relationship Manager. He is responsible for proactive management of our IRA and Individual 403(b) clients offering administrative services, investment reviews, retirement income planning, and financial planning. He spent part of his career in Information Technology with Cornell University and since 2017 has been a Financial Services Professional and Licensed Agent with firms such as New York Life Company and Equitable Advisors. Hal has a Certification in Long-Term Care and earned a BS in Mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University. He is a volunteer firefighter and chief of his local fire department.
